The accuracy of reports benefited from using the system made to prevent the beneficiary from being confused during recording in their book or other choice of medium since small mistakes can make it harder to read with the handwriting method.

The system aided in tracking sales records that was made and provide a history log of the past transactions made within the system, this saved time by finding the transactions made within the day inside the system rather than flipping notes when tracking sales and transactions.
